At his apartment, Sena was turning on the TV watching the food channel. One very simple recipe that I want to share is how to make french fries. It's amazingly simple that it shouldn't be hard to try at all. =)
FRENCH FRIESI really want to try to cook this, but with my current condition, I don't think I will be able to do it at least in a couple of weeks. haha.. Later that day, we decided to stay over in his house. The only thing I did that day was sleeping, eating and taking some medicines. Surprisingly, I didn't eat that much and was not that hungry anyway. The only reason I ate was for taking the medicine.Cooking instruction:
- Potato: Golden Yukon
- Oil: Peanut oil
- Cut four sides of the potato slightly to provide flat surfaces
- Cut the potato quarter inch on all sides
- Put all the cut potato in cold oil
- Fill the pan oil just slightly over the potato
- Optional: bacon flavoring
- Start heating up the pan
- Wait until the oil entirely bubbles up
- Wait another 15 minutes before starting to stir it up
- Still the potato and make sure the potatoes do not stick on the bottom of the pan
- Cook until the color turns golden (about 10 minutes)
- Remove all the fries and put them on the top of paper towel to drain some of the oil
- Put salt on the top
- READY TO EAT!! =)))
Today, when Tommy went back to our apartment, he said that the AC is a lot better now. So probably we will be able to get back tonight. =D
